Strawberries and Cream Overnight Oats
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
 - 1 cup milk
 - 1 cup strawberry Greek yogurt
 - 2 tablespoons chia seeds
 - 3/4 cup diced strawberries (fresh or frozen)
 - Optional: 1 scoop protein powder
 
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix all ingredients together for overnight oats in a pint sized mason jar. Preferably, let sit in fridge overnight or for at least two hours.
