Strawberries and Cream Overnight Oats




INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup strawberry Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup diced strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • Optional: 1 scoop protein powder

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Mix all ingredients together for overnight oats in a pint sized mason jar. Preferably, let sit in fridge overnight or for at least two hours.
